Allen (full name Doctor Allen Turner) is a side character in Pacific Drive.
He is Doctor Ophelia Turner's husband, who was also involved in ARDA's Research and Development department and, by all accounts, was incredibly supportive of Ophelia's work on LIM technology. In fact, it is implied that it was his stalwart support of his wife which led to his demise.
