Chiaki (full name Chiaki Saruhashi) is a side character in Pacific Drive.
She is the host of a radio show called Frequency File, which attempts to uncover the secrets surrounding LIM technology, the Olympic Exclusion Zone, ARDA, and Dr. Ophelia Turner.
Recordings of her episodes can be found scattered throughout the Zone exclusively in Zone Receivers, and can be stored inside of the Fax Machine at the Auto Shop. They chronicle her investigation into all things related to the Olympic Peninsula.
