Conspiracy theories written and sent by people living outside of the Olympic Exclusion Zone, many of which were likely sent in to - or collected by - Chiaki Saruhashi during the making of Frequency File.
These in-game documents can be found scattered throughout the Zone, and then stored inside of the Fax Machine at the Auto Shop.
Theories #1: As Intelligent as Weather
I have it all figured out.
Anomalies are like forces of nature. They're dumb things that happen. But without intelligence. Like, is the wind planning anything when it blows at you? No! It's just the wind. Same for the rain - sure, it's part of a complex, meteorological system, but that doesn't mean it has a brain.
Not convinced? Fine, because I have proof that the Anomalies are like weather. And JUST LIKE the weather, they're manufactured and controlled by government installations hidden in the mountains! Those fake, hollow mountains! Hollowed out by the cow men!

Theories #2: Gold and Diamonds
Listen. Between you and me? ARDA is actually a coverup.
Look at that acronym. ARDA backwards is ADRA. That stands for the American Diamond Replication Association.
Where have we heard that before? It was mentioned in the 1949 Taylor broadcast before it was suddenly cut off by "bad weather," when government assassins finally caught up with him and bumped him off for revealing the truth. America has been using the Olympic Exclusion Zone as a secret facility to manufacture diamonds. Gold, too. They use gold as a secure basis for the dollar, while diamonds are both insanely valuable and yet also extremely easy to transport, even smuggle.
It's all obvious really. I don't have to explain myself further. Do your research.

Theories #3: There is a Secret Tunnel that Leads to Idaho
The REAL reason they won't let us into the Zone? It's not because they don't want us discovering what's really there. It's because they've been tunneling.
They're using this technology to create shortcuts all around the planet, so you can go into a tunnel in Washington and come out in China or Egypt or maybe a mall or something. And ARDA will control all these tunnels and use them to regulate trade and tell us where we can or can't go. Anyway, they've already built the first tunnel and you know where it goes? Idaho. Because they're coming after me. For tax evasion. I owe $54.

Theories #4: This is a Government Attempt to Terraform the Earth
Take a good, long look at that Zone. All those botanists? Biologists? Chemists? ARDA is using our backyard as a testbed for terraforming. They're reshaping our planet right under our noses. They're changing the oxygen content of the air. They're training giant electric moles to magnetize the soil. They've got robot dogs. And everyone who lives in there gets to enjoy It first. The rest of us dumbos don't know what's coming and, one day, when they pull that lever, they'll change this whole planet. But I'm ready for them. I know how to protect myself. Mayonnaise.

Theories #5: The Anomalies are Mocking Us
So there's these things flying around in the Zone at night and I know for a fact they're all robot owls. The thing is, like real owls, they're all mocking us.
The reason they put up these big Walls? It's because the owls use a kind of infrasound, that low-frequency stuff, and so you don't quite hear it, but it gets into your subconscious. They mock you and you feel bad about yourself and you walk around feeling like you should have tried harder to be a baseball player or that you bought the wrong shoes. So those Walls block the infrasound. Thing is, it's actually really tragic, because the Walls absorb the bad vibes and then they feel sad themselves. Go on, ask them.

Theories #6: They Work Like a Man o’ War
I have it all figured out now. The Zone is like a siphonophore. You know, like those Portuguese man o' wars? Those dangerous things like jellyfish with the really dangerous stings? Except aren't actually jellyfish?
People used to think they were, but they're actually a whole host of different organisms working together to create one big superorganism. A sort of ecosystem made up of all these separate, mindless parts. THAT'S what the Zone is! All these different Anomalies that are idiots by themselves, but together they're working to… to… Okay, I haven't got that bit figured out yet. But I will!

Theories #7: The President is an Anomaly
I've figured it out. Remember when President Koch visited the Zone, and he said it was good to be back again? And people thought that was a reference to him being a Washington Senator?
It wasn't. They use the word “Anomaly” to describe strange sightings and smells, right? I think the President is one too. He`s like the King of these Anomalies. The reason they hired so many scientists and engineers to work there is to manage all those Anomalies for him.
Another thing. When the President went in, he didn't actually come out again. It's a body double, someone they gave plastic surgery to look like him. You can tell from the curvature of his ears. Also, if you look at pictures of Koch from a few years before, he doesn't have grey hair. But now he does! How else can you explain that?!
