Its always recommended to have the right tools for the job but in the OEZ, sometimes you just gotta make do with what you are given. Same goes for your vehicle, sure you wished you could have a capable off-roader but all you got is lil ol Ruby, but given the right parts, it'll do its best to get you around.

Strategy
Apart from better offroad tires and a higher ground clearance with a different front bumper that will help going off the beaten path, Ruby is pretty much a stock wagon, cosmetically inspired by the Wrangler from an old Discovery Channel show. That said it doesn't mean it isn't capable in surviving the danger of the Zones but I would strongly recommend to exercise caution when around anomalies, or pack enough Repair Putty for the journey.
