What's the point of inventing all these new technologies if you can't use them to spruce things up a little? Here's to a tidier future.
The Auto-Vac is a defult station in the back room of the Auto Shop. It sucks up items on the floor and stores them in its inventory. It must be manually emptied. Any items left in the Auto-Vac inventory is destroyed upon exiting the Auto Shop Junction.

The addition of a sorting system will take your tidy present into a more organized future: the transfer trunk will be filled with collected items before being deposited.
The vargus auto vac can be upgraded using the Fabrication Station so that any items it collects are automatically put into the transfer trunk.
