All righty. Okey dokey. This is fine. This is totally okay. Just out here doing what I’m told. Following the orders. Following the instructions. All the instructions! Normal day on the job. Such a normal day. So normal. Can’t express to you how normal my job is right now.
They won’t move when you look at them, you said. They won’t move. Just keep an eye on them. Well, Max, I’m looking at this one right now. No, I’m more than looking at it, I’m WATCHING it, and I’m WATCHING it float right toward me. It’s moving, Max. It’s moving so much. It’s moving so much right now and I would love for you to pick up so that the last words I ever speak don’t constitute A MESSAGE LEFT ON YOUR DAMN ANSWERING MACHINE, MAX.

Synopsis
Sightseers are mannequins that slowly emerge out of the ground and float around irrespective of gravity, often spinning in place. They remain in one pose while doing so, but will change pose and position if The Driver is not looking at them just like other variants of tourists.
Counter
Avoid being directly next to them on foot or in the car. They can be handled like normal tourists by lobbing a Road Flare/Bioflare at them or by firing a Flare Gun/Bioflare Gun close to them.
