The official documented topics of discussion and points of order - recorded by Dr. Reginald Stanley Robinson - from several meetings held by the SRR (Society for Resonance Research). This organization was founded, in part, by Dr. Ophelia Turner's. It was established primarily to study and experiment with LIM technology.

These in-game documents can be found scattered throughout the Zone, and then stored inside of the Fax Machine at the Auto Shop.

SRR Meeting Minutes #1: Founding

Meeting Minutes, September 16th, 1949

Agenda:

- Celebration of the founding of SRR

- "What Our Future Will Look Like" address by Dr. Ophelia Turner

- Open ideation session with consultation from Dr. Ophelia Turner on experimental setups

Arising Concerns:

- Proper safety procedure, handling, and protection in LIM experimentation

Action Items:

- Society agreed to regular monthly meetings on Friday evenings

- Dr. Reginald Stanley Robinson to take notes and format future minutes

- The SRR lacks formal structure

- Country clubs, academies, golf venues etc. off-limits to Dr. Ophelia Turner

Action Items:

- Dr. Ophelia Turner shall be responsible for storing and maintaining SRR equipment

- Dr. Reginald Stanley Robinson shall be responsible for minute-taking and record-keeping

Meeting Minutes, January 15th, 1950

Agenda:

- Appropriate levels of alcoholic consumption during vs. after SRR meetings

- Effects of latter upon former

Arising Concerns:

- Dr. Ophelia, Turner articulated a difficulty being heard amongst lively male discussion

- Dr. Ophelia, Turner presented data detailing number of interruptions by other SRR members

Action Items:

- Members to raise their hands before speaking during presentations

- Early promising results of LIM technology on forest restoration and landscaping

- Early discouraging results of LIM technology in artificial mineral synthesis, and troubleshooting the problem as a group

Arising Concerns:

- Side effects of LIM technology experimentation on surrounding wildlife

- New SRR members not following proper containment procedure with LIM experimentation

Action Items:

- Dr. Turner to establish weekly office hours to consult on SRR projects

- SRR to establish LIM experimentation best practices


SRR Meeting Minutes #5: Theft of Snacks from Meetings

Meeting Minutes, December 15th, 1950.

Agenda:

- Presenting pitches and securing funding

- "Increasing Interference in our Modern World" summary by Dr. John Liu

Arising Concerns:

- Snacks have been going missing before meetings

Action Items:

- Members to present practice pitches at next meeting

- Members to research local causes of interference

SRR Meeting Minutes #7: Emergency Session

Meeting Minutes, September 21st, 1951

Agenda:

- The Incident in Prof. Peter Wallace's Home Lab

- Session with Representative Rondeaux, from the U.S. Department of National Security, to discuss proper containment procedures

Arising Concerns:

- Safety concerns about future work in the field of LIM signal triplication

Action Items:

- Monthly reports on all experimentation must be issued to the U.S. Department of National Security henceforth

- Draft recommendations to the federal government on suitable regulations for continued unsupervised lab work

SRR Meeting Minutes #8: On Bringing Large Dogs to Meetings (and the Difficulties Therein)

Meeting Minutes, February 15th, 1952

Agenda:

- The growth of the SRR

- Government versus private funding and sponsorship

Arising Concerns:

- Significant obstacles are present reaching enthusiasts outside of conventional demographics

- Allowing members to bring dogs to meetings is beginning to cause disruption

Action Items:

- Attendant dogs to be limited to fifteen pounds weight or less

- Forfeiture of all LIM home research equipment to ARDA

- Session with Representative Rondeaux, from the U.S.Department of National Security, to discuss prevention of rogue LIM experimentation outside of ARDA facilities
