Logbook Entry
This enhanced version of the ARC device is able to administer rudimentary pain relief and first aid to the occupant of the driver's seat. However, the energy this requires will put a substantial drain on the battery. You still remain unsure if this device is a work of genius, is extremely illegal stolen technology, or is some combination of both.

Use
The ARC Doc is obtained after unlocking the secret room in the Auto Shop during the A Little Favor mission. It can only be installed directly onto the ARC Device. Once installed it adds an ability that can be assigned and used to heal the Driver whilst in the car by holding down or pressing the assigned ability button.
