When in a junction with this condition in effect, The Driver should be extremely cautious about staying in one area for too long. Tourists will appear - seemingly out of nowhere - and in large numbers. What's more, dispatching a group of Tourists would appear to only serve to attract more. At night, especially, these hoards of Tourists can be formidable. It is highly recommended that The Driver does not spend too much time in this junction and to stay out of dense areas with lots of blindspots.
