Use
This tool operates in all the same ways as the Impact Hammer, such as opening 
Heavy-Duty Locks and breaking Plasma Generators. However, it has the added bonus of being a more precise tool than its predecessor, meaning that resources broken with this tool grant more items.
It has an additional use, however. This upgraded hammer can smash Olympium Veins to acquire Olympium Fragments.
