There has to be some way to open this.
This is locked, though that always doesn't mean you'll need a key... Many simple locks can be forced with small tools, though tougher ones will require heavier equipment. Keypads, of course, will require a code, or a zap. Breaking those won't get you anywhere.
Note: You can also unlock these types of locks using either an Impact Hammer or a Magnetic Hammer. In cases where a car trunk has a basic lock, a Scrapper may also be used to open it.
