JOURNAL FRAGMENT, Ida-Mae J. Tacke, 1987
I'd already decided not to leave, but helping folks out during the evacuations has really made up my mind. I can't leave. There's so many people here who need help- anyone who believes ARDA when they say everyone's out is a fool. Some of these people couldn't leave, but some of them wanted to stay, and both are already struggling. Not even the few functioning utilities remaining will stay functioning for long. Just because ARDA decided they were done with this project doesn't mean I am!

Synopsis
Ida's Exchange is a structure that can appear in junctions on expeditions. They appear on the route planner map as "Ida's Exchange Junction".
