As gnarly as it is mighty, this intimidating and incredibly heavy chunk of steel is actually precisely wrought to channel, to focus, and to contain Harmonic Energy within its frame. It may not be the toughest bumper you can mount, but it's for sure the most Harmonically calibrated. It may even make you the coolest driver in the Zone, if feedback from Fellowship surveys is to be believed.

Use
Harmonic bumpers are the highest parts to raise Synergy for the Car and is useful for the Adjacent Parts Buff. It is essentially the Olympium Bumper of the Whispers in the Woods DLC.
