Adjacent Parts Buff

A part can provide its resistances to other parts adjacent to it. Quite a useful game mechanic which allows you to make it so that your car is protected with all of your installed resistances.

Example of a car that utilizes the Adjacent Parts Buff. Every part of the vehicle has each resistance that is available to the car with its installed parts. Also his name is Stargazer. Say hi to Stargazer.
