Synopsis
The hard drive is an obtainable item in the A Little Favor storyline mission. It is found in the secret room in the bathroom of the Auto Shop on Oppy's desk. After obtaining the hard drive the player sends it to Tobias and Francis via Oppy's pneumatube.
