Logbook Entry
With one swift tug of a lever, you can lock up the car's rear wheels and convert some of your momentum into a skid. You may even impress any Anomalies that are watching.
Use
The handbrake is a unique utility that is found in the locker in the Back Room of the Auto Shop. Unlike all other utilities, the handbrake is installed under the hood of the car and cannot be uninstalled from the Car.
