Unlocking

Gold Wagon cannot be received as a drop like other bobbleheads. Instead, to unlock it, the game has to be completed (Mission: The End of the Road completed) on the Iron Wagon difficulty, after which it is spat out next time the Friendly Dumpster is activated.
