There's something strange in the air, though it isn't wholly meteorological. Whatever this bizarre atmospheric phenomenon might be, it's certainly going to play havoc with your car's electrical and mechanical systems.

Synopsis
Electromagnetic Squalls are atmospheric shifts that may occur while in the Zone. They appear on the map as a large yellow blob that moves across the map. If within the area of the storm, the electromagnetic squall will cause the car's electrical systems to malfunction and the ARC Device map to turn to static.
Counter
While in a Squall, it is ideal to escape its area of effect. There is no other way to counter an Electromagnetic Squall other than to avoid it completely.
