Logbook Entry

MEMO F.A.O. Dr. Lopez, July 19th, 1965. Addendum.

I don't think we can ascribe intelligence because the behavior seems both reactive and entirely independent or any other entities. There is no evidence of judgment of consideration. There is no sign of any social or group dynamics. There is little to no environmental awareness.

I'd surmise that it is, in essence, purely instinctual. To this end, I recommend we ditch the moniker ""Bunny"" as what we see here is barely even the base instinct to latch on and to feed. It is brainless. It is mindless. We cannot give them animal names. So, to answer your original question, no, I do not believe they ""feel"" anything and I don't believe it worthwhile we entertain any more guilt or shame in dealing with them as we might if we were to swat a mosquito. Not even that. We must stop calling them "Bunnies."

Synopsis

These anomalies often appear in groups and will cause electrical damage to the car if they attach themselves to it.

Counter

These Anomalies will often speed up to try to overtake your car as you drive. They will then attempt to hop on, allowing for a brief window where you may dodge them. If you fail to dodge, activation of either the Limpulse Emitter or LIM Shield abilities will forcefully remove them. Otherwise, you may get out of your car, approach the Anomaly, and remove them by kicking them or picking them up by hand.

Having insulated doors, panels, and/or bumpers equipped to the car may help reduce damage taken, but will never provide true immunity. It will, however, block the Charged effect from affecting neighboring parts.

Junction Conditions

These anomalies appear in greater numbers when a junction has The Warrens condition in effect.

These anomalies cause your car to experience a speed boost when a junction has the Shocking Speed condition in effect.

These anomalies cause your car's battery to drain faster when a junction has the Disruptive Discharge condition in effect.

These anomalies confer more damage to your car when a junction has the Violent Voltage and/or Overcharged Electricity conditions in effect.
