Use
Battery jumpers can be used to add charge to any installed battery while inside the zone. It is a single use item that immediately adds 30KW to the targeted battery and is then destroyed.
A higher tier alternative is the Plasma Charger, which can be used gradually to control the charge added to a given battery, similar to the Blowtorch, and also has the ability to deal electrical damage to parts.
