Logbook Entry
While the Fellowship doesn't believe in giving material rewards (at least not in any conventional sense), it certainly enjoys the element of ritual that comes with recognition and award-giving. Each new member is typically presented with their own individually-crafted Trophy of Embers upon induction. This would have once belonged to a member and was likely extremely important to them, so why it has since been forsaken is something of a mystery.
