I noticed that it says that the ??? Radio stuff can't play in the garage, however, during my own playthrough of the base game, several times it has played while in the garage with the radio in my car off. I have proof of it too. I did not want to change the page itself as I am afraid I might accidentally ruin the page. Let me know if you do want the proof of it. I am on the Xbox version, don't know if that matters or if it's only on the xbox version.
