A normal road tire. As the name implies, these are summer tires, intended only for dry pavement and unprepared even for a snowy winter road, let alone a mud-soaked adventure into the woods. However, despite their humble appearance and low crafting requirements, they are tied with the Puncture-Proof Tires and Power Grip Tires for the highest road traction rating in the game, with only activated Power Grip Tires capable of exceeding their capabilities. As such, they are capable of sustaining high speeds as long as they are kept entirely on the road.
However, the Puncture-Proof Tire is statistically the same or better in every category except cost, making these tires obsolete as soon as the player has the enough resources to consistently manufacture them.
