Use
A Souvenir is primarily used to power the Refinery in the Auto Shop, which spawns in after completing the "A New Tool" Mission.
Like other Attuned parts, Souvenirs can also be used with the Resonator to transfer Harmonic Energy from a Souvenir to any Attuned parts on the Car. (Note that the lower Harmonic Energy a Souvenir has, the less resources you get back when you put it in the Matter Deconstructor.
