Stores fuel on a side rack. Fueling the car via the gas cap automatically refuels the Side Fuel Tank.
Personal recommendation from the editor: One of the first upgrades you should be getting early on in the game, along with the Side Battery. You'll find yourself running out of fuel soon enough, so get this ASAP. I personally use it with the Expanded Backseat Tank for my Turbolight Engine, which is enough to keep the car on the road.
Alternate opinion: Side Storage makes this completely obsolete. A single large fuel can hold more gas than this, and you can fit 6 in a single storage with room left over. Just remember to refill your empty cans between runs.
