This tire offers excellent traction upon activation.
Personal recommendation from the editor: Again, never used them, but proper offroad traction having a cost of 1 KW/SEC? That's a scam. Wouldn't recommend considering Offroad Tires and All-Terrain Tires exist.
Alternate opinion: They are a very odd version of All-Terrain Tires. Slightly better traction on roads, terrible traction off-road, but you can activate them at an insanely high cost for a burst of traction in a turn or while climbing a hill. Might be useful in an electric loadout, but other choices are generally better.
