Generates energy upon receiving a strong enough wind current. Such currents can be achieved by fast driving or harsh weather.
Personal recommendation from the editor: Best energy source in the game, 2 of these (1 for early-game) will have you set FOR LIFE (As long as you reasonably use power). Not only will they generate enough power for your headlights AND utilities, you'll have enough excess power to make sure your battery doesn't drain AT ALL. (Unless you have a severe case of AMP Engine, in which case - my condolences)
