These are nothing to do with aerodynamics and everything to do with brute force. Jackhammer-like power will make your car airborne for a brief moment, but be aware that this was not designed with consideration for either comfort or safety.

Use
Jump Jacks can be mounted on any seat rack; when mounted, they add an ability that can be assigned and used to launch the car up into the air, if it's currently on the ground. The height of the jump depends on how long the ability key is held down; holding it all the way until the landing also slows down the fall to some extent, reducing the damage sustained. Installing two sets of Jump Jacks does not appear to increase the maximum jump height.
