A sudden and dramatic change in atmospheric pressure has produced powerful but extremely localized winds. Be careful. This could be extremely dangerous.

Synopsis
Hurricane Squalls are atmospheric shifts that may occur while in the Zone. They appear on the map as a large yellow blob that moves across the map. If within the area of the storm, the Hurricane Squall will appear as glowing greenish-blue waves in the air that follow the direction of the wind. The wind in the area of the storm will be strong enough to move the car and will make it harder to drive.
Counter
While in a Squall, it is ideal to escape its area of effect. There is no other way to counter a Hurricane Squall other than to avoid it completely.
Junction Conditions
Hurricane Squalls will be more prevalent in Junctions with the 
Gusts and Gales condition.
