Use
A Harmonic tire can regenerate its own Synergy with use of Rippling Quartz. Think of it as an All-Terrain Tire with some of the functions from the Anchor Energy Converter.
Personal recommendation from the editor: Use the Resonator to transfer some of your Harmonic Energy to other parts on the car, and repeat the process when the wheels fully "heal" themselves. Just make sure you don't empty you entire stock of Quartz into these wheels.
