This device just about contains and harnesses Swamp Coral, the Zone's strange flavour of bioluminescence. It isn't radioactive, it isn't corrosive, and it probably isn't even sentient. Probably.

Use
This tool serves exclusively as a light source for The Driver. It is, by far, the brightest and the longest-lasting light source available. Additionally, unlike other re-usable lighting equipment, it still provides a decent amount of light if dropped on the ground.
